This Personal Information Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information that NanaG (hereinafter referred to as “NanaG”) may obtain about the User while using NanaG.

Use of NanaG implies the User’s unconditional consent to the Policy and the terms and conditions for the processing of their personal information specified therein. If the User does not agree with these terms and conditions, they must refrain from using NanaG.

  1. Personal information of the User that is obtained and processed by NanaG.

1.1. Within the framework of the Policy, the User’s personal information is understood to mean:

  • Personal information that the User provides about themselves when contacting, registering (creating an account), or in any other process of using NanaG.
  • Data that is automatically transmitted to the websites during their use by the User with the help of software installed on the User’s device, including: IP address, cookie information, information about the browser (or other program used to access the websites), access time, addresses of requested pages, and other data.
  • Data provided by the User for the purpose of receiving services from the websites and/or providing services and other benefits to website visitors in accordance with their objectives: name of the company/organization and its details, surname, first name, patronymic, website addresses and individual pages, email address, telephone number, as well as other data that the User wishes to provide.

1.2. The policy applies only to NanaG. NanaG does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that the User or visitors may access via links available on NanaG. Such websites may collect or request other personal information, and other actions may be performed.

1.3. In general, NanaG does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and does not control their legal capacity. However, NanaG assumes that the User provides accurate, up-to-date, and sufficient personal information.

  1. Purposes of collecting and processing the User’s personal information.

2.1. NanaG collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for organizing the provision of services and/or providing other values to visitors to NanaG.

2.2. NanaG may use the User’s personal information for the following purposes:

  • Identification of the User in the context of relations with NanaG.
  • To provide the User with personalized services and other benefits.
  • To communicate with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information regarding the use of NanaG and the provision of services, as well as processing User requests and inquiries.
  1. Terms and conditions for processing the User’s personal information and transferring it to third parties.

3.1. The Partnership stores the User’s personal information in accordance with the internal regulations of specific websites and their services in accordance with their functional purpose and applicable law.

3.2. The User’s personal information is kept confidential, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for general public access to an unlimited circle of persons.

3.3. The Partnership has the right to transfer the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:

  • The transfer is necessary for the User’s use of NanaG and/or for the provision of goods/services to the User.
  • In order to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of NanaG or third parties in cases where the User violates the operating procedures and regulations of NanaG.
  1. Changes to personal information by the User

The User may independently change (update, supplement) the personal information provided by them or part thereof, or withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a corresponding statement via the feedback form or to the NanaG email address.

Requests received in this manner will be processed and fulfilled by NanaG as soon as reasonably possible.

  1. Measures taken to protect the User’s personal information.

NanaG takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties.

  1. Changes to the Policy. Applicable law.

NanaG has the right to make changes to the Policy. When changes are made to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
